So what does that mean? 

As Christians, we have come to experience the deepness of God's grace over our sin and have been made free by the truth of His love for us realized in Jesus' death and resurrection.  As followers of Jesus, we seek to follow how He engaged the world as seen in scripture - in grace and truth. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6) Jesus declared Himself to be the only way to know the truth and experience real life and everlasting salvation. Jesus also showed compassion and love to those struggling, sick, hurting, broken, confused etc. We seek to impact Portland with the grace and truth only found in Jesus.
